Data Conversions and Migrations

Our most requested Professional Service! We’ve converted them all from homegrown, in-house soltuions to generic accounting packages, non-supported billing packages and even other Platypus installs.

The process is simple:

  1. You provide us with a copy of your billing data.
  2. We provide you with a copy of your data inside of Platypus.

Of course, in between is the hardest part, but that's for us to worry about, not you. We fully validate the data along side your current billing software and schedule the cutover. Downtime from system to system cutover will be just hours, compared to days or weeks for re-keying the data.
